FAQ – Account, Admin, Payments

What is the cancellation policy of express-call?

Please login as administrator and go to your profile to cancel your subscription. You can cancel anytime but you will still be charged for the number of active tables for the current month. The cancellation will only be in effect on the next month.

How do we compute charges?

We bill per table which used our services during a specific billing month. If a table is not used at all during the current month of billing, there will be no charges. In other words, you are only billed for tables that are actually using express-call during a month.

How can I switch from the Standard Package to the Pro Package?

You can easily switch from the Standard Package to the Pro Package in your profile. The price of the Pro Package will be applied retroactively for the entire billing month.

How can I switch from the Pro Package to the Standard Package?

You can switch from the Pro Package to the Standard Package for the following billing month. To do this, please send an e-mail to [email protected] with your change request.

How do I get my invoices?

Depending on the selected payment method, we will send you an invoice via email or paypal.

Payment conditions, late payments

We will send invoices at the beginning of a month for services of the previous month. Only actively used tables will be charged. Payment is to be carried out within 30 days of invoice date. If payments are late, our services will be suspended without further notice. Once all due payments are paid, we will automatically reactivate the service.

What happens after I subscribe to express-call?

After you subscribe to a package from express-call, we will typically process your order within 1-2 working days, after which you will receive an e-mail with further instructions.

What methods of payment are accepted?

PayPal (international) and IBAN (EU) are available.

Do you offer SEPA for countries within EU?

Within the EU ( European Union ) we can offer SEPA payment method. Please instruct us accordingly during your registration after subscribing. Your preferred payment method can be changed in your account profile settings.
